After several years of very successful operations and thousands of satisfied guests and volunteers, we are making some changes we pray will fine tune our operational efficiency even more.
Acquiring a second pontoon, although a wonderful addition, did make scheduling a bit more complex for the scheduler, volunters and guest representatives. With that in mind, we added some new features to the Web site. We have redesigned the site to include this page for scheduling. We have added Web pages containing calendars for each of our pontoons. These pages are pretty intuitive. In addition to the calendars showing scheduled trips and information on each trip, there are links to two forms which will enable trip sponsors and volunteers to 1.) Request trips be scheduled on particular lakes on particular dates and times; and 2.) Enable volunteers to view the calendar schedules and submit a form to volunteer for particular trips.
